TO: Defendant, Chris Garner, uncle of Ashley Holloway, whose post office and street addresses are unknown to the Petitioner after diligent search and inquiry, and upon whom service of process may be had by publication as prescribed by law.
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by the Petitioner, CHRIS GARNER, seeking Guardianship and Conservatorship of Rhonda Garner.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition on the 31st day of March, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Jefferson Davis County Chancery Court in Prentiss, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
