TO: ALL THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF MICHAL PETROVCIN, DECEASED
You have been summoned in the Petition filed in this Court by Pam Williamson, Executrix for the Estate, seeking to determine the Heirs at Law of Michal Petrovcin, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear regarding said petition to 9:30 a.m. on the 28th day of April, 2026, in the courtroom of the Jefferson Davis County Courthouse at Prentiss, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered for the things demanded in the Petition.
Should you not be able to attend the hearing on the 28th day of April, 2026, you are required to mail or hand-deliver a written response to the Petition filed in this action to John Alan Buffington, Attorney for the Estate, whose address is Post Office Box 477, Prentiss, Mississippi, 39474 and whose street address is 2122 Columbia Ave, Prentiss, MS 39474.
