SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, on March 14, 2022, Albert Cannon, Jr. and Blanchie Cannon, husband and wife executed a certain Deed of Trust to Morris & Associates, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi, on March 21, 2022, in Book 0601, Page 279, as Document Number 22000608.
WHEREAS, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C. as Trustee by instrument recorded in the Chancery Clerk’s Office on March 23, 2026 in Book 2026, in Page 2297-2298, as Document Number 26000372; and
WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in said deed of trust, will on May 27, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Jefferson Davis County in Prentiss, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi, to wit:
Lots 8 and 9, of Block A of Hillcrest Haven, a subdivision of the Town of Prentiss, Mississippi, according to survey and plat of said Subdivision, a copy of which is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi.
More commonly known as: 1495 3rd Street, Prentiss, MS 39474
I will convey only such title as vested in me as Substituted Trustee.
