SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: The Heirs at Law of Lonnie Johnson, II, Deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made a defendant in this suit in this Court by Lashaun Floyd seeking a judicial determination that Lillian Maria Darnell, Elijah Johnson, Landon Carter Johns, Langston Chase Johnson, and Lance Cornelius Darnell, are the sole and only heirs-at-law and statutory beneficiaries of Lonnie Johnsin, II, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on June 10, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Simpson County Chancery Court at Mendenhall, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
