You have been made a Defendant in the matters filed in this Court by Dorvia D. Hartzog, administrator of the Estate of Dorvia Hartzog, deceased, to determine the heirs-at-law of Dorvia Hartzog, deceased. Defendants other than you are unknown.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m., on the 2nd day of June, 2026, at the Lawrence County Chancery Courthouse in Monticello, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
