You are summoned to appear and defend against said PETITION TO ESTABLISH THE HEIRS-AT-LAW AND NEXT OF KIN OF MARY NELL RAYBORN, DECEASED at 9:30am on the 20th day of May 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Jefferson Davis County Courthouse in Collins, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear or defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
