RULE 81 SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: The Heirs-at-Law of Darell Sullivan, Deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry
You have been made a defendant in this suit in this Court by Petitioner Angelica Barnes seeking a judicial determination that Drew Sullivan and Dylan Sullivan are the sole and only heirs-at-law and statutory beneficiaries of Darell Sullivan, deceased, under the Mississippi Wrongful Death Statute.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on the 4th day of August, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Covington County Courthouse in Collins, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
