IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF COVINGTON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
IN THE MATTER OF THE HEIRSHIP OF DARELL SULLIVAN, DECEASED
ANGELICA BARNES, PETITIONER
CAUSE NO. 2026-129
RULE 4 SUMMONS
THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: The unknown Wrongful Death Beneficiaries under the provisions of Section 11-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Annotated and Amended, of Darell Sullivan, Deceased, and any other person or party claiming to be a wrongful death beneficiary of Darell Sullivan, Deceased.
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Petitioner Angelica Barnes seeking a determination that Drew Sullivan and Dylan Sullivan are the sole and only Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Darell Sullivan, Deceased. Respondents other than you in this action are none.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Petition for Determination of Heirs-at-Law and Beneficiaries Under the Mississippi Wrongful Death Statute to Thandi Wade, Attorney for Petitioner, whose mailing address is Tatum & Wade, PLLC, P.O. Box 22688, Jackson, MS 39225-2688 and whose street address is 124 East Amite Street, Jackson, MS 39201. Your response must be mailed or delivered within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons. If your response is not mailed or delivered, a judgment by default will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
