THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Corine B. Hall, if living, or his heirs at law, and all unknown persons having any interest in the real property described below.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Vickie P. Melvin, seeking to Quiet Title and Confirm Tax Title in that certain parcel of real property described as follows:

PER TAX DEED BK 157 PG 281 9/24/96
And the real property owned by the Plaintiffs and to be confirmed herein is more legally described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North 8 acres of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 18 West, and run thence North 190 feet, thence run East 917 feet, thence run South 190 feet, thence run West 917 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 4 acres, more or less, lying and being situated in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 18 West, Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi; together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed in this action to Stephen K. Thomas, Attorney for the Petitioner, whose address is 132 Westover Drive, Hattiesburg, Mississippi 39402.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE 1ST DAY OF JULY, A.D., 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
