You have been made parties in a suit filed in this Court by Milton Dennis and Mildred Dennis Hawthorne seeking to partite certain real property lying and being situated in Section 5, Township 7 North, Range 19 West, Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi, and described more particularly in the Complaint to Partite Real Estate and for Other Relief, filed in the above-referenced cause.

You are summoned to appear and defend the Complaint to Partite Real Estate and for Other Relief, at 9:30 a.m. on the 19th day of October, 2026, in the courtroom of the Covington County Courthouse at Collins, Mississippi. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for money or other things demanded in the said Complaint. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but may if you so desire.
